Privacy policy
How this site handles your information. Dallas Sparklers is an assumed name of Justice Enterprises LLC.
What we collect
Only what you type in. If you place an order: your name, email, phone number, any notes you add, and what you bought. If you use the contact form: the same, minus the order.
Card details
We never see them. Card entry is handled inside a form served by Square, and your card number does not touch our site or our records. Square processes the payment and we receive confirmation that it succeeded.
Who processes your information
- Square handles payment processing.
- Supabase stores order records and sends order and contact emails.
Tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. Your browser stores your cart locally on your own device; that never reaches us until you place an order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounts and tax. Contact enquiries are kept until they are dealt with and for a reasonable period after.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (972) 977-5193 or writing to 5159 I-30, Caddo Mills, TX 75135. We will not sell your information to anyone.
