Terms of sale

Dallas Sparklers is an assumed name of Justice Enterprises LLC, which also trades as Dynamite Fireworks Superstore.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is taken. Stock is seasonal and limited; if something you ordered is unavailable we will call you and refund it rather than substitute it.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is free at 5159 I-30, Caddo Mills, any day from 8am to midnight. Most orders are ready the same day or within 24 hours. Quick pickup, ready right away, costs $20.

Free delivery in the Dallas area on orders of $100 or more. Fort Worth delivery is $25. We arrange delivery after your order and will call to agree a window.

Minimum order: $50 for pickup, $100 for delivery. Lengths can be mixed to reach it. Sparklers are sold in full packs only.

We don't ship sparklers. They arrive damaged too often, so every order is picked up or delivered locally.

Children

Children should only use sparklers with an adult watching.

Safe use, and what is your responsibility

Sparklers burn hot and stay hot after the flame goes out. You are responsible for using them safely, for supervising their use at your event, and for checking that they are permitted where you intend to use them.

That includes two things we cannot check for you: your venue's own rules, and any burn ban in force in your county. In Texas, county commissioners courts issue burn bans under Local Government Code §352.081, and whether one covers hand-held sparklers depends on that county's specific order.

Returns

Unopened packs can be returned in resalable condition. Call us and we will sort it. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packs.
