For nightclubs
Never run out mid-Saturday.
A club that runs dry at half past midnight on a Saturday has not lost a sparkler sale. It has lost the bottle upsell the sparkler was there to justify.
The problem
Bottle sparklers are consumable inventory that nobody owns. Bar managers order more when somebody notices the box is light, which tends to be the same night it empties. The cost of getting that wrong is every table that would have gone up a tier with the presentation in place.
What we do about it
Work out what a busy Saturday burns, multiply by the weeks between orders, then hold that plus a margin. Tell us your covers and we will do the arithmetic on the phone. Most clubs set a standing reorder and stop thinking about it.
-
Set a par level, not an order
Count what a peak night uses, double it, and make that your floor. Reorder when you hit it, not when the box is empty.
-
Case pricing, no negotiation theatre
One case price, published. Call if you are buying several and we will price it by hand instead of making you ask three times.
-
Pickup off I-30 or delivered
Forty minutes from most of the Dallas nightlife districts. Collecting beats any courier when you are short on a Friday.

Questions
Questions
How many should a club hold?
Count the bottles you present on your busiest night, not an average one, then hold at least two of those nights. Clubs carrying a single busy night run dry about once a month.
Do you deliver to Dallas nightlife districts?
Yes, across the metroplex. Deep Ellum, Uptown, Victory Park, the Design District and Lower Greenville are all a straight run down I-30 from the shop.
Can we get a standing order?
Call and we will set one up on whatever cadence suits your volume. It is a phone call, not a contract.
