For restaurants
The birthday dessert that gets filmed.
A restaurant does not need nightclub volume. It needs a handful a week, reliably, and floor staff who can carry one across a dining room without a conversation about it afterwards.
The problem
Most suppliers here sell to clubs and price for clubs, which means cases of five hundred and up. A restaurant running four birthdays a week does not want nine months of stock in the dry store. It also does not want to be buying novelty sparklers from a party shop.
What we do about it
We sell the same product in a six-pack and by the case, so you can buy at the rate you use. Start with packs. Move to a case once you know your number.
-
Buy at your actual rate
Six-packs for a slow week, a case of 480 once you know what a month looks like. Pickup orders start at $50, and lengths and products can be mixed to get there.

Brief the floor once
Who lights it, who carries it, which hand, and what happens if a guest reaches for it. Ten minutes at pre-shift saves an incident report.

Questions
Questions
What is the smallest quantity?
Sparklers come in six-packs, and orders start at $50 for pickup or $100 for delivery. Ten six-packs clears the pickup minimum, and you can mix in other products to get there.
How long do they burn?
About a minute, which covers the walk from the bar to a table. They give off some smoke, so light them at the bar and carry them straight over.
