Our 6 inch bottle service sparklers burn for about one minute. They have steel wire cores and give off some smoke.
A minute is the walk
Nobody times a bottle sparkler. What matters is whether it is still going when the bottle lands. A minute covers the walk from the bar to a VIP booth with time left for the table to see it.
Light it at the bar, not at the table. Lighting at the table spends the best part of the burn where nobody is watching.
They do give off smoke
These are not smokeless. In a room with low ceilings or weak ventilation, a run of presentations on a busy night adds up, so plan where the bottles travel.
